2 small packages Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
2 small packages White Chocolate Chips
Mint/peppermint Candy Canes
Directions: Get a long cake pan and line with aluminum foil making sure the shiny side is up and everything is flat.
In a medium sauce pan on low heat put about an inch of water and the semi sweet chocolate chips stiring constantly. Once melted pour into pan. Repeat with the white chocolate chips.
Put candy canes in a plastic bag and start crushing them into chunks. Then sprinkle on top of chocolate mixture. and place in the freezer for 1-2 hours than cut into chunks with a sharp knife and enjoy. (store in freezer to prevent melting)
